GoldCash Account Deletion Procedure

If you've made the decision to close your GoldCash account, we are here to assist you with a smooth and secure account deletion process. Kindly follow the detailed steps outlined below:

1. Settle Any Outstanding Loans:

Before proceeding with the account deletion, it is essential to ensure that all outstanding loans have been fully repaid. You can do this directly through the GoldCash mobile app. Please note that failure to clear any remaining loans may result in delays in the account deletion process.

 

2. Request Account Deletion

You can choose either of the following methods:

Option A: Via the GoldCash App

Once your loan is cleared:

• Open the GoldCash app
• Go to Account Settings → Account Deletion
• Select Delete Account Information and confirm
• Your request will be processed immediately

Option B: Via Email Request

Alternatively, you may:

• Send an email to help@goldcashmm.top
• Use the subject line: "Account Deletion Request"
• Include your registered mobile number for verification
• Our team will review and complete the process within 3 business days

 

Important Notes

• This action is permanent. Once your account is deleted, it cannot be restored. All associated data—including transaction history and personal details—will be permanently erased from our system.
